Winlfixer appears like an antivirus and it is actually a virus.You cant remove it from control pannel.Its only use is to get you pay for its developers.They will creat some fake entries in registry which seems like virus infection.that is why Norton showed 18 viruses.You cant understand Winlfixer from control pannel.Even if you remove it, it will come again after you reboot.Be aware, the messages you got are usually shown by some viruses, not antiviruses.There are other fake antivirues similar to Winlfix.Eg:XP Antivirus, Virus Heat etc.if you search for its serial number or crack, you will surely get many results but all will take you to the hacker's site will give you some more virus.

VundoFix will fix it and WinFixer you're dealing is virus and scam(also called as rogue antivirus) AND SHOULD NOT BE DOWNLOADED OR PURCHASED IN ANY CASEVirus is most certainly called "VirtuMundo" and is fixed using "VundoFix" if this doesn't work(most certainly does) you have to get better answer
